So why Choose a Home Workout Program when you can attend an in person Studio? Firstly, the 2 are not mutually exclusive, you can do both if you wish. But here’s the thing, come Womanhood or Motherhood, there are very few of us who can attend a Studio or Gym multiple times per week. Once or Twice, maybe. But when it comes to Consistency, Accessibility, Persistence and Results, a Powerful Home Workout Program is the Ultimate Game Changer.
At Rhythmic Pilates you will find Multiple Categories. For Beginners, I suggest starting out in the Beginners Category. Or Working your way through the under 20 Minute Category, where Workouts are Diverse, Challenging and yet, Achievable. Get Started without Props. Practice and become familiar with the Movements. Then add the Pilates Ball. The Weights when you’re ready. The Barre / Chair / Bosu / Foam Roller gradually. The main thing is to get Started right away with whatever you have, or don’t have.
For the More Seasoned, the Options are Endless. Select the Workouts that Intuitively Resonate with you. I recommend practicing at least 3 Times per week for Optimal Results. As the Workout times vary, 5-6 times per week is absolutely achievable too. Categories are Designed by Targeted Areas, Time, Intensity or Props.
